• Registration data: Full name, email, encrypted password.
• Company details: Business name, address, phone.
• Rental data: Customer email and name, vehicle photos, digital signatures, mileage.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session cookies.

3. Purpose

Data is used exclusively to: provide and improve the service, manage your subscription, send service notifications, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Contract performance, legal compliance, and legitimate interests in securing and improving the service.

5. Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure EU servers. We apply technical and organizational security measures. Rental photos are retained for the period you set in your settings (up to 365 days).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with processors (hosting, Stripe for payments) and authorities as required by law.
