RentApp.gr is a SaaS platform providing car rental companies with digital vehicle guides via QR code, digital check-in/check-out, vehicle condition photography and customer signature systems.
Registration with valid information is required. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
The service operates on a subscription model. Charges are made in advance for the selected period (monthly, semi-annual or annual). No refunds are provided for partially used periods unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice.
As a platform user, you act as Data Controller for your customers data (names, emails, photos, signatures). You bear sole responsibility for lawful processing under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). RentApp.gr acts as Data Processor.
Use of the service for illegal purposes, violation of third-party rights, sending spam or malware, or any action that could harm platform operations is strictly prohibited.
All content, software and features of the platform are intellectual property of our company. Reproduction or distribution without explicit written permission is prohibited.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for terms violation or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
These terms are governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
